A paradise for Thuringia’s endangered and native insects, small animals and bats. Team Template researched the needs of these animals and supplied them with materials and spaces to inhabit and prosper.
The International Jury headed by Dr. Marta Doehler-Behzadi (Managing Director if IBA Thüringen) named this project the winner of the competition due to its response to the future of climate change.
The protagonists of our project are animals and plants, together with the people who live next door. We wanted to produce diverse opportunities for the human-made world to meet the "Animal and Plant Queendom", and foster a stronger environmental awareness.
